I only have today

Enjoy today,we can spare the stress and share lifes dreams together.Be kind to every one because we all live under the same roof.Emotional tension, like physical,is due to our fear of letting go,of ceasing to act,of sinking into silence.By observing this fear attentively,as a prelude to examining and analising it,we detach our selves from it and imperceptibly the tension slackens.By repeating this act of non-resistance again and again we begin to experience,if only partially the inner calm in which our fears are dissolved. And as we cease to feel the need to assert our will over others,so,inwardly,we are less under the necessity of denying any of our faculties. We are free to let life in and flow freely to be who we are and not wander aimlessly searching for our identity,we musn't hide in a cocoon of false discriminations and no longer move along with the stream of appearances. We value life for its own sake, not as some thing to be held under constant threat of loss but to be given mindfully,as circumstances of each moment allows. We have discovered what it is to be spiritually open and hospitable and as pliant as a sapling that sways in sympathy with the lightest breeze but it is also steadfastly rooted in earth as we in the constancy of understanding and purified instinct.God bless all.

Where to begin is the big question? And My Animals(my life)

I'm into a little meditation,I've found so much serenity in the buddhist religion I learned so much compassion and how to un-ravel my massive confussion.I do my best to replace a bad deed for a good one.I heard laughter causes less wrinkles less stress and less illnesses.Thats some thing I really need to work on is my laughter.I do know I used to be a total wreck looking for a place to happen. My life has become an art. Enjoy........
I'm so sensitive when it comes to animals and their pain, when I read or hear about the mishaps of animals in need and knowing they are frightened.I know when I take one of my cats to the vets.for treatment they cry all the way there thinking I may have them put to sleep,I'm so saddened by the fact that when doctors tell their patients they are allergic to their animals I don't feel that is totally accurate. There has been millions of companion pets surrendered to shelters because of this, then in turn because theres an over load of animals there is an orginization that excepts these pets for painful experiments.I keep in touch with peta.org very informative org.I have decided to go and stay vegetarian until things have changed in the animal world. In the 1800's in the bibles it was never a thought to eat meat, animals were pets and God's creations not to be eaten,we taste blood and act as that what we eat.Animals are being fattened up by chemicals;education starts where ever we choose to listen and learn.Any one care to know that meat decays in our colon and turns into cancer as well as other diseases.Until one has loved an animal a part of ones soul remains unawakened."An animals eyes have the power to speak a great language.(Martin Buber)."
